About Our Pastor
Stacey L. Jacobs is the Pastor of the True Light Christian Church. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Pastor Jacobs has been a resident of the metropolitan Charlotte area since December 1992. Pastor Jacobs is the husband of Felicia S. Jacobs, and they are the loving parents of two daughters and two sons.
Pastor Jacobs is a graduate of W.J. Keenan High School in Columbia, SC, and the University of South Carolina at Columbia (B.S., Business Administration - Accounting). He has also earned two theology degrees from Southern Evangelical Seminary (Master of Arts in Apologetics; Doctor of Ministry in Apologetics). Dr. Jacobs is also the author of the newly published book titled What to Expect When You Read Your Bible: A Practical Guide For the Practice of Devotional Bible Reading.
Pastor Jacobs has been actively engaged in Christian Education and Christian Apologetics-based ministries since 1996. A licensed (1999) and ordained (2005) minister, Pastor Jacobs has accepted the dispatch of God to compassionately, yet fervently, teach and preach the uncompromising Word of God, for the edification of the redeemed; the salvation of the lost; and the glorification of the Lord.
